Pioli is such an egomanic he is going to "prove" to everyone that he is a football genious (cp spelling) and trade out of the #1 pick. He is going to get a boatload of second round picks along with a lower first round pick. He is going to justify it by saying that the team needs more than a franchise QB like Andrew Luck, and he will use Cassell as an example. He will say he is filling the many holes on the team with the "right" players.

Face it: Pioli is one giant "screw you" to the Kansas City Chiefs fanbase.

Picks 19-32 >>>>>>> picks 1-13 in that draft.

That draft ****ing sucked. No excuse for Pioli...but at least he ****ed up the #3 pick in the shittiest of all shitty drafts.

I still don't understand what happened to this team because I live on the east coast and missed both their games, but the defense seems to look like a heinous train-wreck and whoever's responsible for the offensive play calling strategy needs a lobotomy.

I don't care what people say about the bills and the lions, you don't get eviserated by those two teams back to back. it just shouldn't happen. So I'd say Pioli probably will draft on talent, and not the confused "scheme", at this point given how f'ed up this team's situation is. talent is needed.

There simply are no great defenses anymore.

I promise that IF (and it's a big IF)...IF the Chiefs DO get the #1 pick (and I honestly doubt we will), Andrew Luck is as good as ours.

He's a once in a lifetime talent and WHOEVER gets the #1 pick is going to take him. It could be Carolina with Cam Newton, and they'd still take Luck...or at the very least demand a ransom never seen before to trade out of that pick.

Berry's loss has been substantial, but damn the offense has really F'd them hard and often. They easily lead the league in points allowed off turnovers.
