Reid calls timeout, runs zero clock...

I guess we were warned of his horrible clock management in Philly but what a cluster that was.

I mean come on, defense hasn't stopped them all day. That should have been the last possession of regular time. B****!!!!!

Let me ask you a question then. If you could see that the defense was playing horribly (without its 2 best pass rushers), and I could see that the defense was playing horribly, and everyone above age 4 who watched the game could see that the defense was playing horribly, the WHY THE **** didn't our head coach also notice that and manage the clock accordingly?

Loss on the head coach who didn't seem to notice that our defense couldn't stop anybody and didn't manage the clock based on those facts. Period.

Got to get the right call on the field to make sure get a touchdown down there but they still had time to make the right call. That was too soon for a time out.

Did any of you catch the look and body language on the Chargers coach when there was a timeout? He thought one of his players called it and when he figure out what happen, he had a shit eating grin on his face.

he has imo been making boneheaded decisions and play calls all season,we just won so it didn't matter. But I think a lot of people here noticed and knew it would cost us in a close game.

Your right,i shouldn't have said "more of these losses" because we only lost two. What I should say is he should have been getting more credit for our offensive struggles.

We are one of the worst red zone offenses in the nfl. Just one week ago, we got killed on a goal line stand. If we force overtime, we have to win in a shootout in a game where our defense is crippled and struggling, and our offense is just not the type to compete shot for shot.

Calling passes was the right call. Not killing clock... That was really stupid.

So if we end up settling for a FG let's say and go to OT what's the difference?

I could not believe the Chiefs were passing in that situation and not chewing up the clock and SD timeouts with the run. Especially with Charles having a great running day. A mind-blowing wtf moment.

I saw him. And I can lip read, and after that shit-eating grin, he said, "They called timeout with 15 ****ing seconds left on the play clock, what the **** are they thinking????"

And if he doesn't connect on those passes?

Again, it is hard to bitch about scoring a TD, but we could have ended up with a field goal and 1:20 on the clock the way he was calling the last drive.

Not just because our defense was completely eviscerated and unable to stop anything did it make sense to run...

thank you! defense has bailed out the offense all year. Andy Reid had a moment to bail them out for ONCE, and absoulutley put it back on them and threw them under the bus.

You are quite the jack wagon.....Reid plays what defense position?

Ummmm...well, the main difference is that we don't let them go 80 yards for the game-winning TD without even a coins-flip chance of scoring first.

It still comes down to the defense making a stop unless you run the clock down AND get a TD.
