I'd rather keep an extra WR who has shown promise than an extra DB who will always suck donkey balls.

Neither Jenkins nor Hemmingway have shown anything at all, let alone "promise".

Ideally, I agree. It doesn't seem the KC brass is trending that way however. Bray and Murray have both shown me enough to think they could both hold the clipboard as well as Daniel, and would combine to make less than Daniel.

Shit I'd rather convert one of those WR to DB. Can't be any worse.

Jenkins has some serious speed, maybe we should try it.

The knock on him is that he's soft. Not going to work.

I'd rather keep Van Dyke than have the 5th safety on the roster.

Agreed.

KC carried 3 RBs and 6 WRs last season. They carried 10 DBs. I see them going a similar route once again.

RB appears to have Charles, Davis and Gray with Thomas as a possible flex (WR primarily)

WR as Bowe, Avery, Thomas (flex RB), and what looks to be Hammond and Lewis to this point. Both Hammond and Lewis have shown me more promise than Jenkins and Hemingway. I'd have to say I might lean towards Hemingway if he could stay out of the tub, but neither have been much of anything.

As for the DBs, I look for KC to once again carry 5 CBs and 5 Safeties. That means the 5th safety spot almost has to go to Sorensen by default unless Amaya somehow steps up and amazes the next couple weeks. Obviously that kid from Georgia can't stay out of the tub. The CB situation is no less troubling, with little promise there. The defensive back situation is a huge mystery at this point.

If ya'll have better ideas on who makes it, rifle them out, its what I posted for

Edit. BTW I have Van Dyke on the 53 over Parker at this point, but if you think Parker would be a better keep than Sorensen, I'm all ears.

I wouldn't cut Sorenson, I think he's got good upside as a backup and ST ace.

Move Parker back to S. I'd keep K Williams over AJ Jenkins. I believe A Smith said something about the two of them having a connection

I might trend towards the Parker over Sorensen move, but Williams has been a non-factor thusfar.

Good news for us, bad for the Cards. Darnell Dockett is out for the season, should make it a lot easier for the right side of our line. We still have to deal with Campbell on the left though.

Thought Parker was a CB with us last season and not a FS or SS?

"Shown you enough?" This kind of stuff cracks me up. Your limited exposure isn't near enough to make a sound decision.

This is where I am with it. Add to it his price tag and it seems like a no-brainer.

I feel like there may be some castoffs from other teams who could start in this OL. They looked just plain awful.
