Where is Clay?

Haven't seen a post in a few days. Where are you buddy? I mean, I know it was an impressive win for the Chiefs last Sunday, but surely you've got some Drew Brees fire for all of us. Come on out buddy. You and Staylor need to seriously talk this out!!!

Sounds about right.
Look at 2010 even. We went 4-2 to start and even won the division...

1800 rushing yards.....27 passing TD, 8 int

Great team?

We won the division..in 2006 we also finished 2nd place in diverse, like last year

If this team can shut down the Saints, shithouse the Broncos at least once and be competitive with the Falcons, then I'll start thinking about a playoff run.

For now I still think people are overrating the team.

I think one aspect is, for better or worse, the Chiefs are one of the more difficult of a cipher of a team.

When they fail, they fail spectacularly and it's hard to pinpoint why.
When they succeed, they succeed in a businesslike manner, and it's again hard to pinpoint why.

It's very elusive to generate hot takes on what makes them thrive or fall apart.

We used to have reliably solid defense with a struggling offense, or record setting offense with an atrocious defense. Nowadays we have superstars putting in amazing days and regrettable fails without a lot of rhyme or reason all over the roster.

He's hanging out with his old lady, and letting Lil' Chiefy enjoy a victory week.

That should be good enough.
