Should be a great draft to watch. I feel like the roster is in a good place, its not stacked enough that they can take "luxury picks" but I don't feel like they have any dire needs. They could really go in almost any direction with the first few picks.

Chiefs will draft a couple guys early we aren't - for the most part - expecting. There'll be mixed reactions. But within a week, there'll be lots of posts talking about how we should've expected it all along, how it makes so much sense, fits Veach's MO, etc.

I'm not saying they'd be homer takes either. I just think during draft season we tend to forget about what we know of the team and fall in line with the groupthink stuff. There are probably a good handful of guys routinely mocked to KC that Veach wouldn't even consider drafting.

You can be the best amateur film guy but you still won't know the medical and character stuff the teams have.

I ran the espn draft simulator this morning, and when it came time for Chiefs first pick, Zay Flowers and Myles Murphy were both available. That would be interesting to see whom the Chiefs would pick?

Quentin Johnston odds went crazy. Chargers to +170. We are second at +750. 170 are the lowest odds out of anyone going past the top 10. I try to not look too much into the Vegas odds, but that is crazy to me
