Let's talk about the Browns

Hopefully Jameis Winston is in the giving mood. I mean giving the ball to our defense.

Hoping to see PMII end the game with a clean uniform & a double-digit win. The excessive sacks & hits on Pat MUST stop. PLEASE.

Exactly.

Usually I'm half watching and I'll think to myself "what practice squad scrub absolutely biffed that easy ass pass all by himself. Oh. It's Njoku. I'm glad we didn't trade for that assface."

Next drive

"Jesus Njoku. That's incredible."

It has to be maddening. The implosions seems to always kill a drive.

I think some well timed well disguised blitzes can wreck Winston. I know it's not the way, but on the rest of the snaps, I think the best bet is to soft zone it and close to the ball. Seems to be the best way for him to forget himself and throw it to the dudes in red.

I think their defense can be had if Garrett isn't obliterating Mahomes. If Mahomes can get the ball to X the Browns are going to have a long day. I think Kareem will be running hard.

Or we'll do the normal shit, biff up some drives, have some defensive lapses and bring it down to the wire.

Run the ball like crazy, keep Garrett out of the game.

Make X run Thornhill in to the ground, just attack his zone every time.

Blitz the living sh*t out of Winston.

Yeah, he will. He can't stop doing it.

I've been a fan of his for quite a while but he's Fitzmagic with legit NFL arm talent. He's that dude from Tin Cup that will force the ball 8 times to make the shot.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

He’s like a Golden Retriever of below-average intelligence. He’s lovable and always makes you smile. Half the time it’s because he’s being awesome. Half the time it’s because he’s doing something so, so stupid (like getting into the trash for 73rd time, or in Jameis’s case, forcing another throw he shouldn’t).

Mahomes and the OL need to bring it.
He has been doing it for a decade. It’s who he is and it’s consistent from game to game. The dude has a tremendous passion and energy. Focus and motivation is hardly an issue for him. Focus isn’t going to magically get him to read defenses or check down passes when he has no history of doing either of these things

Doesn’t matter how many passes he attempts, if we play majority in man coverage then Njoku, Jeudy and Moore are going to be open all day

This game should be a blowout. Build on the quick passing attack they rolled out with the Chargers, screen their shitty run defense to death, and take some shots to worthy (they'll be there). Speed up Winston and force picks...Just make this game a no-huddle Kelce\JuJu blood bath and **** them up and keep the starters in the whole game.

Yeah, he absolutely will.

Chiefs will get 2-4 balls that they could pick off this weekend. If they're lucky they might bring in one of them.

My guess is they'll manage to get zero. Again.

It's an entire team full of Bartees.

This team has 6 interceptions all season. Their CBs have ONE and that was Chris Roland-Wallace who, near as I can figure, hasn't played more than a dozen defensive snaps since.

It's really bad.

8 games should've been blowouts where we throw the ball deep to worthy and force an average QB into turnovers.

And none of them have been.

This one won't be either.

Because if they get up 10-14 points, they'll just put it in neutral and let the Browns get back to within a FG and may just go ahead and let them take the lead for poops and grins.

Not sure how we can have seen about 1,000 snaps of Chiefs football this year and still be expecting something different than what they've been all year.

If anything changes, it won't be until the post-season. The Chiefs aren't 'struggling to find an identity' -- this IS their identity.

Chiefs dominate.

Chiefs 12. Browns 10.

I mean, we have zero evidence to this point that KC will blow anyone out. We can all argue or discuss the whys, but the reality is that we aren't blowing anyone out anytime soon, imo. I think if we win it'll be by a FG or so. I don't know what the spread is, but I would bet on CLE to cover.
