Honestly, this is stupid boring.
Are you finally admitting that you were referring to Cosmos?

That's a little surprising.

I figured BEP (and presumptively Loon and Doug) would've driven that average up so high that the remaining 8 couldn't bring it below 85%.

Must be a couple of pretty heavy cross-posters in there.

One of those posters responded, basically laying out how any post, no matter how non political will be met with derailment and about a dozen other posters dirtying up the thread.

I called it. Cp delivered.

And will still be unaware of their own actions.

So instead of banning these assholes as had usually been done, the mods had the brilliant idea of simply filtering the word. PROBLEM SOLVED!

Oh you mean like banning guns?

Until now I thought I made an uncharacteristic and embarassing typo when I attempted to post"Joe Maddon actively torp__os his team" and it came out as "toraudio". Happy to see that my literacy was never at issue!

Yeah, pete and Baby Lee would be your best examples. They post a **** ton in DC, but they post a **** ton in general.

What's my breakdown? Am I in that 18? 44?

Then we're back to the topic of moderating DC, because if you really think it's as black and white as "you're a pedo", you're really underestimating people's creativity for getting around rules.

Ban people for calling people groomer, because we know what you mean to say.
And then hang around to ban their mults.
And then when someone decides to start calling people "KD" for kiddie diddler, we ban the use of that otherwise completely meaningless set of initials?
And then ban people for just sort of insinuating someone is a pedo without actually calling them one.

...and then yeah, we'll basically reach the point of banning people because they're a douchebag.

And if you think this is all BS slippery slope, you would be wrong and we have the reported posts that would say otherwise.

If we just wanted to wimp out and not deal with it, we would have filtered the word 3 years ago. Don't blame us for not wanting to babysit a forum that's consistently said it doesn't want to be babysat yet will go to great lengths to be as toxic as possible to each other.

Nope. Just Passing By and Taco John simply do not exhibit the bad behavior I mentioned that Cosmos does exhibit. As I stated earlier. Meanwhile, do you admit that you were referring to Cosmos? Because you very obviously were yet you defaulted into denial and name calling when I mentioned it...which is why people like JPB have you on ignore.
