Battlefield 3
Anyone looking forward to this? I really like BC2, but haven't been playing it long.

The third game in the series, which will be shown to press during the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco next month, is set for release this coming fall, Electronic Arts confirmed. The publisher revealed the first teaser trailer for the game on its official website tonight. The trailer, which contains no actual gameplay, displays quick cuts of helicopters, ground troops, tanks and fighter jets. Additional details courtesy of the official Battlefield Blog confirm a full single-player and co-op campaign, jets, prone, and 64-player multiplayer for the PC version. The Frostbite 2 engine will power the game and a Limited Edition will be revealed around GDC. Developer DICE confirmed earlier this morning it was canceling the release of Battlefield 1943 and the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Onslaught pack for PC. The MP is no doubt better than CoD, but there are still CoD losers playing this game and need to leave once mw3 comes out. Can't wait for that. Tired of the camping on both sides.

That is all this game seems like to me, campers set up shop on the edge of the map hidden in bushes, on rocks and in the water, or on top of towers shooting across the map.
For the life of me I can't figure out how some of these guys are ending matches with 30-2 kd. |

Dropped my first building last night (unintentionally) in a Rush game....unfortunately my whole squad was inside it at the time.
It was the first building I'd seen collapse in BF3. |

Anyone else think the grenade motion in BF3 is worse than BC2? I liked being able to "cook" the grenade and aim a little better before chucking it in BC2, in BF3 you better be aiming where you want right away because it's coming out whether your ready or not!

Yeah, it gets pretty frustrating with Operation Guillotine.

I've always thought the BF series was the premier camping game with their large maps. If you want realism... do you think US soldiers would run out in the middle of a street knowing there's a sniper on the other end? I kind of like the more tactical/realistic games myself. Which is why I prefer to camp on BF3. just sayin
