24-17 Chiefs. Don't like Kaepernick, never will. Don't have faith in teams with locker rooms in apparent turmoil either.

Should be a good one...not even gonna make a prediction because I don't want to speculate. I was at Arrowhead 4 yrs ago for that ass kicking...would love to return the favor

My favorite Chiefs vs 49ers memory is 1997. We absolutely crushed Steve Young over and over.

Gregg Hill had a huge game of all people.

That was actually better than the Montana as a Chief game in 93 or 94 whichever it was.

Tough call, but IMO that Montana/Young matchup was one of the more epic regular season games in league history.

I probably just remember the 97' game better. I do remember Montana being super pumped when he beat SF.

There used to be a time the NFC simply could not win at Arrowhead no matter how good the team was.

That was the greatest game of the late 90's, hands down. Young's post-game presser is priceless.

That defense is still beastly.

And they still do have some of the best skill position players in the league. It won't be anywhere near easy.

A play like Hali knocking away could be a game changer.
a funny play near the end of he eagles game--niners leading trying to milk the clock, have 4th and short inside eagles territory--they line up trying to draw eagles offside, eagles don't bite and as play clock is about to run out kaepernick calls time out rather than taking the 5 yard delay of game which would have given punter a better chanced of dropping it inside the 10 yard line..lucky for him niners didn't need that time out later

hopefully he pulls another bonehead play or 2 sunday

I predict Kaepernick will make at least one amazing pass.

That pass is ****ing ridiculous.

If it honestly takes something that stupid to beat us, I'm fine with it. The Chiefs just need to show up, play their asses off, and not make stupid mistakes. If they do that and the ball doesn't bounce their way, there's not much more they can do.

KC are gonna be playing a superbowl caliber D that are regaining their confidence and are starting to gel. I just don't see the chiefs winning at Levi's without establishing a run. Charles is gonna have to get close to 100 yards on the ground and some big catches. Niners usually stink against screens. Kelce can be a mismatch

This game is probably going to be one of those games where its almost impossible to predict based on the duality of both teams. While we've been playing incredibly consistent defense, backed behind an incredibly consistent running game on offense, there's no guarantee that we can translate that success into a win, if we end up facing the niners "best" effort of the year on run defense and on 3rd down. Conversely, if the Niners don't show up in this game on offense, its going to get ugly, and fast.

Right now you have to sit back and say that despite the records, Kansas City is playing the BEST ball between the two teams, and a major factor in that is consistency on both sides of the ball. We've been consistent for 3 weeks straight now on Offense and Defense, and I hate to say it, but we just keep improving despite some of our best talents out there, it honestly shocks me. Without DJ, Berry, DeVito, Catapano, Mays, this defense has done exactly what I thought they couldn't do, and turn into the old' AFC North Mantra of "next man up". We've been stellar through 3 games, the Niners nothing but shaky, but its a home game for them so they get the bonus of not having to play with ear plugs against us, so that's got to favor in somehow.

I see the speed of this game going two directions. An early blowout due to turnovers with either teams' defense capitalizing and converting those turnovers to points for the offense (Truly my worst fear), or this ends up as a Physical, Smash mouth in your face type of game where the teams don't quit until the final whistle, and it simply comes down to Turnovers, 3rd down conversions, and red zone scoring. A game that I HOPE is the product this week, as it gives us our best chance to win on the road.

Very true. I sound like a homer, but if the niners bring their best game of the season.. its going to be a very long day for kc
