Ok, PatriotsPlanet steals all kinds of shit from us... I saw this on their board, and found it mildly amusing...

Someone asks for a picture of something...anything...anyone...any actor....anything...the person to post it first get to request whatever picture they are looking for. You guys ready? You guys wanna play?
Ok, Someone find me a picture of a Derrick Thomas Sack.

FIND THE PICTURE REQUESTED ABOVE, then MAKE A REQUEST FOR OTHERS TO FIND... it will keep the game moving along. IF NOTHING IS FOUND WITHIN 24 hours... feel free to jump in a make a request.

OK... then, keeping with the games theme, I want a screenshot of Jump Joe, an old DOS game.

Yuck. After innumerable pops ups, "You've won! whatever" ads, and 3 java exploit viruses later, all I have found on Jump Joe is its alternate name Janitor Joe and a cheat on finding a bonus level.

The cheat:
The secret bonus level can be obtained by going to the far right on the first level and jumping
up and down a few times. Be about 3 people spaces from the right wall

Given the name, this must not have been a game that had a big following.

I had a bunch of those. Zork I and II, Leather Goddesses of Phobos, Lurking Horror, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, etc. All on my C-64

I bought an Infocom Classics on CD a couple of years ago. It's got about 13 or so of those games. Still got it around somewhere.

I don't think the picture FMB! requested exists unless you run Jump Joe on DOS and do a screenshot. Is that even possible? Although, in my search for one, I learned over and over that, on the Windows version, if you go all the way over to the right on the first level and jump up and down, a ladder will appear that will take you to a secret level. Something like that. No screenshots of either version could be found.

And that's EXACTLY what I was looking for... but I thought I'd throw an easy one out there for hogging the thread for 12 hours.
