Plus after the draft, the draft forum isn't listed as a subforum, so it won't even be seen on the front page.

But it doesn't stay on the front page in the lounge, whereas if you all train yourselves to check for this thread in the draft forum by reading all these posts it will always be on the front page there. So less time finding it for everyone involved. If you know your picks not coming up, feel free to disregard the draft forum for a couple days.

Just reminding the mods of rain man's request. I'd like to see it done, but I don't care that much. it doesn't bother me either way.

Yeah, it doesn't make a difference to me one way or the other. I was just pointing out that the draft forum moves from being a subforum as soon as the draft passes. This will be ongoing well past that.

True. If it were up to me the draft forum would always be visible, it's an ongoing process.

Truth brother. It's not like the teams scouting departments take 8-9 months off.

33 players.

I'm assuming thats 11 offensive and 11 defensive along with 11 bench players.

Does it matter how we do the offensive and defensive players? Like for instance.....having 3 WRs and no TE or 2 WRs and 1 TE? Or 3 DL and 4 LB? 4 DL and 3 LB?

Nope. Just recognize that if you can't fill a starting lineup you'll have scrubs in there for part of the season. You need to have enough depth that you can cover injuries.

And you'll just need to let people know what type of formation you're using. You want to go run and shoot, go run and shoot. 3-4, 4-3, whatever. People will judge you on it, though, when the voting happens at the end.

It's actually taken down from the top of the lounge during the offseason. You can still get to it under the "forums" drop-down up top, or through the main forum listing.

After talking to Rain Man, I'll try and assign a dedicated thread prefix for this game. That way, you can easily find it using the pulldown at the bottom-left of the Lounge. I might add a quick link to one of the menus as well, depending on how motivated I am.
