Why is the KC media actively sabotaging their best players?

Listing Mahomes home address on the news ...is just the latest in bizarre media coverage.

They have the JC DA creating a media spectacle...and offers his "opinions" about the Hills.

They welcome their new $100 Million DE with a SJW hit-piece from the star.

They ran K. Hunt out of town only to see the Browns happily sign him for peanuts.

Fat Brooke from the Star instigated this entire witch hunt towards Hill..which resulted in a "no convictions" verdict.

KCTV5 airs a covertly recorded conversation between the Hills and edits it with no context.

I've never seen anything like this...are the local fans really as outraged as the media pretends to be?

What is their goal? To dismantle the first legitimate SB team KC has had in decades?

If I were Mahomes...I would really start to consider moving somewhere else. It's a potentially career damaging environment to live in.

Negativity sells.

Yeah, everybody here in San Antonio knows where all the Spurs players live. It's not like it's a big secret. And I've never once heard fans showing up to stalk the players at their homes. People have better things to do. So I really don't see what all the outrage is about here. Mostly just an excuse to rant against the media for dropping the Tyreek Hill audio recording.

You have every right to do that. They can publish whatever they want. You can say I'm never using your product again. What response were you expecting?

You dont think they knew these stories would upset their customers? No way stories like these get published without it going up the chain. They knew people, many people, like you were going to say, "I'm not reading/viewing your product ever again".

I know these NFL players are not choir boys. I don't view them in any way as role models. Even if it hurts my teams chances to win a SB, and losing Hill and Hunt does exactly that, a free press is more essential to our life's that people realize. It usually doesn't impact sports teams, in this case for us fans, it did negatively.

Naw. Its a pretty intrusive and reckless thing to do. Did you happen to check out Mahomes' tweet on the subject? If he thought it odd, and he was the subject, then it was.

It’s really not that complicated.

Kareem Hunt’s options:

Lie about event: tape comes out, everyone loses minds, and NFL suspends for 8 games

Tell truth: Accept 4 game suspension. Continue with team through playoffs and 2019

That lie ruined it for Kareem and left Clark with few options

And now the name calling. Doesn't take much to press your kind into that on every level. - YOU LOSE.

Now, regarding said merchandise. Let's bet a life time ban from this site, that you're pushing your narrative, just like the KC Media, and you don't know what you're talking about. You're nothing more than an uninformed fool who thinks he has a scoop. It's easy to settle. You game. Fool?

No, it's really not. As others have mentioned, it's not hard to find that information for anyone who's serious about finding it. And yes, I saw the tweet. And he'll quickly learn that it's not the big deal that he thought it was. He's really still just a 23 year old who has a lot to learn. Just like anyone else his age. Just because he's good at playing quarterback doesn't mean he has it all figured out already.

Ah, you couldn't find his address. So you made no attempt to contact him on here or outside of CP. Convenient.

Don't back track. You in or out on the bet? Your move.

And BTW, your address theory is BS also. Wanna go double or nothing on that issue as well?

It isn't just local KC news... it is everywhere. I think it is lazy journalism and an attempt to write longer articles for to get more hits.

An example I was surprised about this morning, in an ESPN article about Isaiah Crowell getting injured...

Quote:
In 2016, Crowell sparked a controversy when he posted on his Instagram account an illustration of a police officer being stabbed in the neck by a hooded figure. It was his response to the fatal shootings of two black men by Dallas police officers. A day later, five officers were killed by sniper fire. Crowell later apologized and donated a game check to the police department.
Is that shit even necessary to drudge up 3 years later in a completely unrelated article? WTF?

Noone is allowed to make a mistake in judgement anymore... it will be drudged up OVER and OVER and OVER
