This is the most expensive home in the state of Wyoming

Kinda surprised it only has a 2 car garage. Guess $65M doesn't go as far as it used to.

But the view is ok I suppose...

There was a renovated missile silo for sale in northern Kansas for around 750K a few weeks ago. Certainly doesn't have the views, but the space inside was massive and ready to turn into whatever you wanted it to be. And no ****ing HOA, either!

But if the Wyoming place comes with a Beth Dutton (and a water trough right next to the house) included, then it's a no brainer.

I'm pondering a tournament of the highest-priced homes for sale in each state. Which would we pick? Anyone game for that?

Boy, that would take a lot of work on your part. But it would be fun.

I'm not really sure how you'd fit all of us in there at one time, but call ABC and NBC and see what kind of deal and time slot we'd get.

I enjoyed the million dollar home tourney you had a while back. It was interesting to see how far the dollar stretched in different states.

I think it would be interesting... could even put some parameters out there, say you have $80 million to spend on a house (or basically enough to buy the most expensive house in America as long as it's not like a billion dollars and the next highest is $75 million)... and then you can choose to spend all of your cash to live on the beach of some small town in California or save $30 million and move to North Dakota.

If I have the funds to buy a multi-million (tens to hundreds of millions) USD mansion, it's going to be in Hawaii (Kauai, specifically). All day, every day. ALOHA

This sounds eerily familiar?

But yes, that would be a fun exercise.

If you've got $65m to drop on one property, you probably already have everything you want.

Personally, I'd love a home in Hawaii as well. Something in Florida and southern California, of course. I'd also love some sort of loft right in Manhattan overlooking Central Park. Something like this here would be a dream:

Hmmm....Hawaii sounds interesting...only problem is I'm fairly certain there are other people there. That's a deal killer.

Dayum, nice.

For SoCal it'd have to be near San Diego... maybe over towards Temecula? Gotta love the mild desert; frigging GORGEOUS over there.

NorCal, North of the Bay along the coast would also be amazing. Stinson Beach & above.

Yep, I was thinking San Diego myself. Gorgeous area. Big enough city but not too big. Weather is pretty much perfect year round and I don't believe they have to deal with the wildfires. Access to the ocean but also mountains.
