And even if Thompson is the #3, he’s a much better receiver than Hyde and will most certainly be more involved in the passing game.

And I know what you said about Hardman, I still think you’re wrong. Who’s a better fit in the slot than him?
Tyreek?

Umm Tyreek likely won’t be there to “start”. Hardman will get the opportunity to start in the slot day 1.

Aren’t andy Reid offenses supposed to be really hard to learn?

If what we've heard about Hardman is true, he will probably be seeing the field a lot right from the jump. Hopefully he's seen as the future at that spot and lives up to his billing.

Yea it is, yet Maclin, DJax, and Tyreek have all had an impact at WR as rookies.

Hardman’s probably going to have a limited route tree. That doesn’t mean Reid isn’t going to try and take advantage of having another WR with elite speed. I don’t think Reid was full of shit when he told Hardman he was going to “wear him out” with the deep ball.

There’s already a lot of mouths to feed ahead of them on the depth chart

It doesn’t really say much about their talent to say they may not provide early not is it really indicative that they won’t be good players

They just may not get many opportunities

Hill was more of a gadget guy that first year than a wr

I’d imagine that’s more of the mold they’d try to use hardman im

Absolutely, but Chief Roundup was claiming he will be buried on the depth chart and his production will come from ST’s only.

I don’t think he’s really wrong though

Tyreek did mostly that his rookie year with some offense sprinkled in early

Although that was with Alex and this offense is a little different

Reminder that SEVEN cornerbacks were off the board by the time the Chiefs drafted and they managed to get possibly the best safety in the draft, or at least the best one in the precise position the Chiefs wanted a safety to play.

Also Darwin was running with the 1s in certain offensive sets in OTAs the notion that he'll be buried in the depth chart is stupid.

Hardman, Thompson and Pringle will all get lots of looks. And Hill did play a lot of slot but I don't think we need to imagine a designated slot position in the witchcraft Reid is bound to brew up. He'll get Hill, Hardman and Thompson in space all kinds of ways because those guys are clearly gamebreakers in space.

Also Thornhill is gonna be a star, in case you weren't sure. (provided he stays healthy)

Umm Tyreek had 598 rec yards and 267 rush yards (9 TD’s total) his rookie year, and while Hardman is not Tyreek, like you said that was with Alex and a completely different offense.
