My feeling after the Raiders game was, finally, we're seeing something closer to the final product (once they got their shit together), even against a shitty team... I'm excited for these next games as like you said, we'll (hopefully) actually learn something as I'd bet they'll have their heads out of their asses for teams like the Bills and Bengals.

I certainly hope so - but then again, has this team played a "complete" game this season besides the Chicago game?

They seem to "brownout" for long stretches, as DJLN put it.

Only because we’re in a slump.

We wouldn’t trade our schedule for the Ravens or Dolphins right now, that’s for sure.

4 out of the 7 teams currently in the AFC bracket will have backups for the foreseeable future.

That concerns me in regards to the Bills. I was thinking they were cooked but with all of these injuries, I’m not so sure.

It’s looking like the Bills, Broncos and Bengals could all sneak into the playoffs. That would be annoying.

And the other two are Tua and Lamar

I'm envisioning a totally unfair playoff field where 80% Trevor Lawrence is the best QB Mahomes has to face.

Everyone will be wanting to asterisk the Chiefs if they win the SB this season.

I still give us a 90+% chance at getting the #1 seed if we win out.

The Dolphins and Ravens are going to lose at least once the rest of the way. Hell, they even play one another near the end of the season!

Denver is irrelevant when we’re talking about a race for the 1 seed.

Tua and Lamar could get injured in the same New Years Eve game? Those script writers earning their bank.

Naw, when u lose to Denver and Green Bay, and your offense is MIA, you're not getting the #1 seed. IMO, 12 - 5 is their ceiling. That's not good enough to get it.

if that happens i'd honestly rather let the texans or something get the shit beaten out of them by SF

after the bills game the rest of this season is not earning any respect for the chiefs

it's going to be difficult to enjoy because it's going to feel like 4 scrimmages against teams making business decisions

the raiders? the patriots? the chargers? jake browning? RETCH

would rather not see the entire playoffs like that
