The Royals kept it close despite having W Davies starting. Had a great chance in the 8th and hit two balls very hard; they were just little unlucky tonight. There are a lot of games left

I know you guys had your guts ripped out but tomorrow is a new day and no matter how much it hurts is just one game of 162. Chen is usually VERY tough on the Tigers.

Gordon and Butler need to step up. that said before the game Butlers OPS was around .900 for august. He had alot of chances tonight and didn't come through.

I like Butler, but he won't carry this team into the playoffs. Royals need a power bat soon.

Frustrating loss....when Detroit walks Hosmer to get to Butler that's a slap in the face''

Royals probably traded their 'Elite' bat anyway.

Bunting to score a run is a joke...Getz should've never dropped that down, swing the ****ing bat

Scherzer is pretty much nails too...and gets good run support. Hoping Chen makes the Tigers pop up for 6 innings. Must win tomorrow.
