The organic spring mix from Costco was my previous favorite. Same issue - the purple lettuce would always wilt and go bad too quickly. The Taylor Farm's mix tends to last much longer.

Their organic spinach lasts a good amount of time too. I'll have to try and find it next time.

I LOVE goat cheese! Love it in salad. In omelettes with spinach and tomato. On chicken for South Beach chicken.
Have you ever made or had a goat cheese frosting? It's a mix of sweet and savory. I used it on a pumpkin ginger cake for a birthday. It frosts just like buttercream using a pastry bag. |

Wait a minute scrvy--
You bolded Herbs-de-Provence not Grains of Paradise for Sam Adams beer. That was also part of my confusion. I just went back to check the earlier post. I mean Herbs-de-Provence in beer? Grains of Paradise I can see more, especially in a Summer Ale. |

I have Sam Adams occasionally and this summer ale is pretty good. But like all Sam Adams the Finnish always a a different aftertaste I cant put my finger on.
And sorry for the confusion on the grains of paradise. That little ingredient made me go with the SA over the Liney Summer Shandy. |
