I've also read that the actual cause of death for everyone is lack of oxygen to the brain, but it's of more medical interest to instead note the issue that caused the lack of oxygen.

I've always wondered about this... When people say "oh he died in his sleep" I doubt that, I bet he had a heart attack no one knew about, or as another said, lack of oxygen to their brain and slowly died out.

I do hope I die in my sleep though, in whatever form that comes in, it seems like the best outcome of all outcomes.
