If you never take a chance, you'll end up with 2 decades of mediocrity. We tried it Carl's way of only using retreads as QBs. It didn't work, and it's still not working.

Yeah, that's it...

I'm sorry, that, as a Chiefs fan, I am disappointed in a loss @ home today. MY FAULT!

Watching the game at the local sports bar, I found it interesting when people were asking if Huard was hurt earlier in the game.

I told them I didn't think so.

They asked if Huard always threw the ball with his body and not his arm. They couldn't figure out why either his passes were really high or else right at the person's feet.

I had to tell them he always threw with that kind of motion.

To which they asked, "Dude, then why is he your starting QB?"

I had no answer.

I'm not going through and reading every post but the quick release and zip on the ball compared to what Huard has is night and day. Brodie has the intangibles but can he execute?

There's no better time than now to find out because if the offensive line gets taken care of this offseason and we get another decent receiver I don't want a rookie in there tossing the rock when he could have 11 games under his belt.

It's absolute stupidity not to find out what Brodie has at this point and there is nothing that will convince me otherwise.

How many times did Huard throw short of the first down sticks today? That may help his completion %age but it hurts the team.

So it wasnt all on Huard, but the lack of respect for DownField Big Game and Huards limited downfield abilities arent helping this team...

Shit if I was the opposing DC... Stack 9 in the box and force Huard to beat you...

9.5 times out of 10 you win.. Huard cant beat you deep....

Way to dodge your critisism.

Put away your Huard stats sheet and actually watch him play. His stats are subjective to his receivers making good plays.

People know your an idiot because the proof is right in front of your face every sunday and yet you still don't see it.

Anyone watch Cris Collinsworth and the Bus talking about Pennington? They were talking about the knock on Chad is his weak arm. He cannot rifle it. They mentioned it makes a BIG difference if a QB who cannot throw hard, must be very accurate. I was wishing they would mention Huard. That wasn't verbatum, BTW.

That's what I'm getting at.

Damon is NOT the answer, and some of us would like to at least find out IF Brodie is the answer. I'm not 100% sold on Croyle becuase of the fact that he hasn't played yet, but I am 100% sold that Huard is NOT a good QB.
