what team has snowballed like this in back to back seasons to start? I'm not trying to get in panic mode here, but we are losing some good players to start the season, just like last year. Surely there are ways to avoid that or band aid it (i.e. Depth?) No?

You get great depth by drafting guys, not by signing old washed up hacks.

The Chiefs are drafting guys. Just be patient. Christ.

I don't see how hiding this helps the Chiefs at all. All it does is make the injury seem more and more severe.

That couldn't possibly be because Flowers more often than is covering the other teams best WR could it? So at the end of games you eventually need to go to your best players to get a play made. Thus creating the illusion they are targeting Flowers but they are actually targeting their best WR.

In fairness, how could they possibly know Berry tore his ACL when he 1st came off the field?
Players limp off the field all the time then go back in after a few plays.



I'll worry about Flowers next month if he's not in the opener.
