How long can we expect Juju to be out?

Only frame of reference I have is Tua. He missed 3 weeks after his bad knockout in Cincinnati with the Dolphins purposefully holding him out an extra week out of caution.

Knowing Andy he’ll take a similar approach. I bet it’s 3 weeks for him too. I know these things are a case-by-case basis but if you were Andy would you hold him out longer than 3 weeks?

Well it’s a good thing Toney is awesome and Hardman is coming back. Good depth on our team thank God

I'm most worried about long term affects. I mean he may clear protocol in a couple weeks and such but that doesn't mean he is going be alright long term. One it could make him hear footsteps or hesitate by subconscious. He could get random fainting spells or seasures. The brain getting jarred like that just is not a cool thing to happen.

Prayers for the fallen Chief, he will return to battle without any problems.

yeah that's supposed to be the entire point of these changes, to prevent long term damage from CTE and taking shots to the head. do people forget the NFL had a rash of suicides and players killing themselves and saying "study my ****ed up brain after I'm dead"

JuJu immediately had the involuntary response and was out as soon as he was hit. he's going to have to live with the aftermath of that specific hit and the NFL says "looks clean to me"

**** the NFL, **** goodell. I hope the jags lose the rest of their games and remain a bottom feeder franchise until they get sent away to london

(i'm still butthurt about this hit)

The pitch? WTF is this bullshit? Take that crap to the World Cup thread.

We don’t need him against Chargers or Rams.

Maybe Cincinnati? They’re not that great either. I could see 3 weeks.

We could absolutely use him against the Chargers. That game is never a gimme.

Put Mahomes on any big market team and they wouldn't stop gargling his nuts. As it stands, they're desperately trying to find someone better than him and making themselves look stupid in the process

I would hold him out at least this week to be safe. I don't worry too much about him hearing footsteps or anything, even subconsciously. Those dudes are just wired differently. I remember years back when Anquan Boldin literally broke his whole face while getting cheap shotted. He came back two weeks later like he never missed a beat.

Its pretty clear you guys have zero awareness of what fans of other teams are saying.

Every single fan base makes the exact same claims and there are 31 other teams who's fans think KC is the league darling, gets all the calls, and the game is slanted to help KC and Mahomes.

You might want to step out of your echo chamber occasionally.

I’m guessing 1-2 weeks from Reid’s post-game comments.

I remember that, had to have 7 plates and 40 screws to hold his face together and refused pain meds the entire time. One tough mother ****er.

Edit: I looked it up it was worse than I thought.
