Let's talk about the Dolphins and the Bills

Miami is our second-to-last chance to grab the one seed back.

If Buffalo wins here their last real hurdle is the Bengals.

Can they go into Buffalo and win?

Injury updates, weather forecas tand potential smack talk will be posted in this thread!!! WE BELIEVE IN TYREEK!

MIAMI DOLPHINS NUMBER ONE!

The scary part for us is that if we stumble we could lose the 2 as well. To keep 1 or 2 we must win out.

Are people still fooling themselves into thinking the Bills are some "juggernaut"?? They've played Brissett, Goff, Jones and White over the last four weeks ffs. And Allen has been very average over the course of those games.

The Bills corners have clearly been a vulnerable area and their pass rush hasn't been the same since Von won't down so I would think Tua will have more time in the pocket. Wilson and Mosert can also get going on the ground when they are in a groove so I'm very hopeful the Phins can get it done tbh.

Did you watch them against the Jets? Without Von... They nearly killed Mike White. If they do that to Tua the Dolphins do NOT have a chance.

IF and its a BIG IF they rely on quick short passing and let Tyreek and Waddle get the YAC and IF they can get a strong running game going, they have a small chance. Well that and a miracle!

I really dont think the Dolphins have much of a chance in this one but we will ALL be rooting for them!

I don't have much faith in the Dolphins in cold weather, but I don't think slowing down the Jets is anything to brag about. They've been as bad as almost any offense in the league over the last several weeks.

They were blitzing which is why they hit White so much. Can they afford to blitz Tue and leave the middle of the field vulnerable? We'll see. But folks seem to forget that Miami already beat the Bills.

Can MIA win in BUF? Yes, they can. Will they? probably not. The weather is going to be fugly, and MIA is a fair weather team. About the only guy on that team that has any real cold/winter weather experience is Tyreek.

My hopes are on CIN to beat BUF in a couple weeks.

The weather during the actual game doesn't sound like it's going to be that bad. 26 degrees with some light snow, and 12 mph wind. If the Dolphins can't handle that then they probably won't enjoy their visit to Arrowhead.

26 degrees if you're from MIA is bad. Calculated wind chill factor just based on the given T and WS is 15 degrees. And the wind speed is just a prognostication. The windspeed could be higher, or it could be gusty.

Right now, in MIA it's 80 degrees and the lows before they leave for BUF won't get below 60. Unless they practice inside a giant freezer, I don't think they'll be prepared for that. And I heard they were getting about a foot of snow? maybe that was just an early forecast. But when your team is huddled around heaters on the sideline when it's 50 degrees and they're inside a dome, I just don't think they'll adjust very well when it's 26 degrees and possibly snowing with a wind chill of 15 or less.

Whatever. Tua doesn't have a big arm, so even 12 mph is going to limit how far and accurately he'll be able to throw the ball. BUF and Josh Allen know how to play in that kind of weather. MIA does not.

Ya, well, as I have mentioned before, I witnessed a dolphins ass kicking of our Chiefs when the wind chill was 26 below.

Havent forgotten but they were playing much better back then. Defense was much better and the offense was lighting it up!

Also the weather was in their favor, I believe Buffalo even used it as an excuse after the game. "It was so hot, waaa."

Winter in Buffalo is something a Hawaiian dude just cant understand. Tyreek had no problem in the snow/cold. Not sure about the rest of their players.

You have a good point about the blitz, I like that!

Sounds like Jeff Wilson is still not practicing, that sucks. Mostert is good if he can stay healthy for an entire game.

I hope they kill Buffalo with the short quick passes and running game! The Defense will need to play like they were earlier in the season. Have to put a spy on Josh Allen, he is going to run a bunch this game and keep the chains moving.

Lol, are we really bringing up 2008? Okay, can't argue with that. But that wasn't Tua or this MIA team, pretty sure anyway, so i guess we managed to avoid playing that team.

If Buffalo can just call up and start Tyler Thigpen the Dolphins should be able to rekindle that 2008 mojo.
