Yeah, i am really hoping we don't call up gordon, weird that he was pulled in the 3rd inning...if he is here, then I will be excited, just think he could use the full season in AA with the rest of the bunch. Although wasn't Zimmerman of the Nationals drafted after gordon? He is batting .247 or so right now....

Isnt there a rule from owners just pocketing away money that the other teams give you? If theres not there should be.

"Maier was out of a line-up because of a ball he fouled off his foot in last night's game.

Gordon also fouled a ball of his foot in his first AB. He finished was able to finish the AB, and he was removed from the game when the Wranglers took the field in the bottom of the inning.

Neither injury sounds very serious, and I'm assuming both were just precautionary moves."
