(DE) Mike Wright, 27
(DT) Shaun Cody, 26
(LB) Marques Harris, 27
(CB) Leigh Bodden, 27
(KR/PR) Justin Miller, 25

I'd take four of them without blinking.
Wright, Weaver, Harris, and Miller. Justin Miller as a pure returnman could be just what this Special Teams needs. He's dangerous and can provide a much needed spark there.

I'd love to have Weaver... Especially if LJ's going to stay (I think he will).
A good young FB like that can help resurrect him. And Matt Cassel's going to need a solid running game to succeed.

I'm not much of a fan of Shaun Cody, but he could figure in if we do switch over to the 3-4.

Bodden's some kind of CB. We've got two young guys I'm extremely satisfied with, but if they just wanted to get better there...Bodden could help.

The Chiefs still have too many holes to try addressing them all in Free Agency. We're still going to need depth at several positions.

Again, he was not available for the Chiefs because made a decision to stay in Seattle. Period.

Many of them do so after they determine that the level of interest isn't as high as they'd hoped.

The dust has settled on the first wave of Free Agency.
It makes little sense to hold out until the next post-Draft wave of FA.
He took the best offer. That offer just happened to come from Seattle.

Mic, AGAIN, ALL of your posts with regards to this player were SPECULATION. You have NO IDEA of what took place. You didn't get your info from a news report or a published report. You're GUESSING. GUESSING equals SPECULATION.

And NO, he was NOT available for the Chiefs because he chose to re-sign with Seattle.

How could the Chiefs possibly sign him when he's under contract?

One...last...time...He was an unrestricted free agent.
He visited Oakland and Washington. Those two visits should say something to you about how badly he wanted to stay in Seattle.

The Skins were high on Willis because Jim Zorn was with the franchise when Willis was drafted. Unfortunately after the big contracts they gave to Hall and Haynesworth they really weren't in a position to sign him.

So after all was said he re-signed with Seattle.

Don't trouble yourself with finding one of the two-dozen reports online about the Willis situation though. Carry on...

Burnett along with Khalif Barnes both got really close to signing with the Chargers and Raiders respectively, but both deals fell through at the last minute.

I wouldn't mind seeing either here. I think if Barnes moved over to RT, which I believe is his natural position, he wouldn't be forced to go up against the top rusher on the opponent's D and would have more success. From what I remember, he's decent as a run blocker too.

Any young ascending linebacker like Burnett or Marques Harris has my vote. Since most of our linebackers from last year are now free agents, I don't think we even have enough linebackers on our roster to run a 3-4

I think given the fact that he visited Oakland he probably would've come here if there had been interest.
