This is the most expensive home in the state of Wyoming

Kinda surprised it only has a 2 car garage. Guess $65M doesn't go as far as it used to.

But the view is ok I suppose...

Nah, I can come up with a murdery ranch hand, even though the labor market is TIGHT here. That can be done. I'm still going to struggle with the equity. In Season 1 Rainwater said the ranch is the size of Rhode Island. That's 776,000 acres. Even if it is much less than that, Jamie said the ranch was 200,000 acres larger than when he started representing the ranch. So even conservatively, if it's 500,000 acres, that's a bit.

Here grass is about $1,200/acre, and that looks like much better feed than anything we have here, but even if you conservatively say $1,000/acre, That's still needing to come up with $500 Mil. I'm going to guess another $100 Mil in Fence. Rough googling says the stocking rate is about 10 acres/head - I'm guessing they can handle 10 acres/pair - I think Yellowstone is a cow calf operation, googling says a bred cow is worth $1625, that's 80 Mil. Plus LONG winters up there, means lots of hay mineral and feed. Probably 20 Mil there. Throw in another 300 Mil for barns, equipment (300 Mil probably isn't enough), water wells, and sundry items. Plus you'll need SOMETHING for working capital, you're looking at a little over a billion. Maybe with some creative leveraging, you can there with 750 million.

$750 Million is a tough get for me. Far more difficult than the murdery ranch hand.

And let's be real here, if I can come up with $750 million, I'll probably stay where I'm at and grow corn for your critters once they go to a finishing yard. Corn doesn't knock down fences, charge your ass, need to be moved, here or there, plus I don't need a murdery ranch hand.

Actually, no I'm dumb. I'd take that $750 Million, by 75,000 acres of good Iowa farm dirt, hire some ****lehead (probably multiple ****leheads) out there to farm it for a loss, because, you know, that's what they do, and live comfortably on the returns.

I need to make my way to Wyoming before it gets totally overwhelmed with commiefornians and they ruin it like they are trying to do with Idaho and Montana

But I want a Burt Gummer style compound in the desert. My grandfather had some homestead land he passed on to one of my cousins out in the middle of the BFE that would work perfectly
