Flores is ultimately suing them because the Giants broke the NFL's rules in hiring Daboll prior to giving him an interview. The rest of it all is just an attempt to embarrass the NFL even further in an attempt at settlement.

I will give one thing with the black coaches some air. Many have been hired, so racist shit to me is not really an issue in my book but they definitely get fired faster. White guys that suck get hired over and over again and many times they got more years to give it a go even when they suck. That is true in most cases.

If the order came from up top, I'd agree but I don't think that happened. It aligns more with simple cheating. And it's not really that either.

He's more than qualified to be a HC in this league - he did a great job in Miami with a shit roster and an owner who was trying to pay him to tank.
