I'm not going to overreact as it's only been 2 games but boy has their play has been meh at best. I'm not too worried about Taylor as I am Smith who looked like a declining player in Tampa. Everyone says it was because he was injured and maybe he still is but this has to get better if we're going to repeat as champs

They’ve done ok as far as not giving up sacks but they’ve had penalties

Probably still pretty good. The tackles are doing a good job, sans the penalties.

Do some re-watches.

Last week Taylor had a hilarious play where he legit tossed the rusher to the ground like a rag doll. Made that guy look like a total bitch, it was great.

Had that been Creed or Trey Smith we'd have GIFs and everyone would be sucking his dick.

But CP too busy talking about false starts to notice.

Yes, through two games the Offensive Tackle performance has not been ideal. But as others have pointed out, there have been many positives. I trust Heck, Nagy & Reid to have it sorted. And if I ever see Chris Collingsworth at the George Brett statue, I will be sure to kick him squarely in the balls. It would be my duty (and honor) as a lifelong Chiefs’ fan.
