They need to put an end to this bullshit in all sports. No more x is salary y is bonus. Whatever you spend on players you spend. No more he makes x this year and y the next 2 years. No more loopholes

When you have a Patrick Mahomes, a bunch of prime time games, and Vegas thinks you are one of the top SB contenders, you aren't that small of a market.

Or is this a reference to clubs/nightlife?

I guess my point is, tanking teams don't want fringe replacement level players. They value draft picks to rebuild. If a team is tanking and have a roster need, they will just activate a player from the practice squad who at least already knows their system. Hardman doesn't add value to a tanking team mid-season.
The Browns approve of this trade on behalf of KC.

I think Mahomes was in high school the last time OBJ played a full season.

So what’s the rumor mill, is it all Moore because the Panthers already traded a player away?

Panthers get:
1st round pick
Hardman

Chiefs get:
Moore

See what I'm saying?

Could also use the same example for say CMC. They get cap relief PLUS a #1 RB in CEH at a cheap rookie contract that makes the deal happen easier.
Ahhhh-----NO!

And HELL NO!! I don't care if he's the next coming of the great Otis Taylor, you don't give up a 1st, 2nd, 7th, and the only WR that's been in the system for more than a third of a season for a guy that doesn't know the system and carries a $25+M cap hit next year. That's the kind of stuff that makes you the Panthers.

Where the **** are people getting the idea that Clark Hunt is going to block a move that would put them over the top to win a Super Bowl because the draft is coming to Kansas City?

The shit you guys come up with.

you give up the draft picks and pay $5 million less than Tyreek? Why make that deal? Why not have kept Tyreek?

It’s either BS it costs that much or the Chiefs are panicking.

What makes you think that? He just wanted to be paid what he was worth especially when he had been underpaid for his whole career up until that point. Veach had a number he wouldn't go over.
