I got an idea.

Let's trade our 1st round pick next year for Colt Brennan.

I mean he does look pretty damn good against scrubs.

Well he probably would have been worth a 6th round pick more than a return man that right now has sat around and not done anything.

Just sayin I'd rather have Brennan than Huard or Thigpen.

I agree.

I'm just sayin', let's not get to carried away here.

He's played a nice game against scrubs in the very first preseason game.

I got absolutely flamed for wanting Brennan here... and now that he seems to be doing well in a pre-season games we get people coming out of the shed saying they wish we would have picked him up.

*sigh*

His side of the ball is all scrubs too, it's not like he's guiding the first team against scrubs.

Problem is I'm not sure any of our guys are going to look that good against scrubs or non scrubs...

That's probably my only critique of the Chiefs draft 2 really good college QB's fell to the 6th round and we took a returner then went and signed a vet guy who is nothing more than a returner..

Probably should have taken one of those QB's.

We probably should have.

I never commented on Brennan cause I hadn't really seen much of him.

But all I'm saying is that if you really liked him, and you are patting yourself on the back because of this performance, then you getting ahead of yourself.
