Moving out of Mom's.

Found a perfect place, just found out we got it.

Moving in May 1st.

Any advice is welcomed.

She's a stupid bitch who should be cut off financially so she has to start whoring herself out. At least she'd realize how much better she had it before then.

What is considered an old house?

I've already contacted the Gas and Electric company out here (SDG&E) and gotten the average bills over the last year. About $150 a month combined.

he lives in san diego. The only way his gas or electric is going to be high is if it rains and he starts freaking out pressing random buttons trying to make it stop, then crashing his car tearing his mesh shirt.

I never lived with anyone, but i remember stories come out that people were on drugs or drunk as hell and wow or maybe they would sleep walk and lets just say some gay shit went down they they didn't want to talk about until a fight broke out

I hate living with other people besides my gf. It sucks. I love when the extra roommate we have is on a vacation. You do not realize how great it is to walk around without pants on whenever you want and not have to worry that someone will come home.
