I remember that Folks had a fair one. Maybe Betty's Fried Chicken. Oh also that old restaurant at the Carthage Airport - my Grandmother worked there as a hostess. [RIP Grammy Lee. We'll do 'Tickle Hill' again in your Caprice Classic in Heaven together]

I need to get to Lambert's. They were featured on one of the food shows for best place to chow down. It all looked good. If the portions are like they showed I don't think I'd finish one, much less attempt the same thing all over again.
