Looked to me like Frankamp or maybe more importantly the absence of whatever guard he replaced.

Nice win for WSU. What looked like a nail-biter turned into a blowout at the end. Now on to Providence. I wonder if Arizona is happy with their 11 seed first round opponent?

Probably not but U of A played themselves down into a 6 seed, so they deserve what they get. Arizona is always capable of playing a great game, but have been very sub par a lot this year. This is a winnable game for WSU

I texted a buddy, and huge Shox fan last night about the commentator's saying Frankamp was a sharp shooter. Keep, in mind, this was before he made his final two attempts.

But, has this kid really even been close to the great shooter everyone has touted him to be?

I think he is, but this season struggles have been mental for him. When he doesn't have time to think about the shot his percentage is really high. I do think he defers to Fred and Ron too much. There are times he has space to shoot and doesn't. I think next season will be a big year for him especially since there will be more shots to go around without fred and ron

From what I've seen during his brief stint at KU, and the limited WSU games I've seen he just doesn't seem to have the confidence.

Ya for sure, I went to every home game this year and would arrive 30 to 45 minutes early . Conner hardly misses on warm-ups. Then the game would be a different story. Who knows maybe last night 3's were exactly what he needed

It's Gonna SUUU******* without FVV and Baker. I think it is mental, but I also don't think he has the quickness or athleticism to be much more than a spot up guy.

Am I reeruned for picking Wichita St to the Elite 8 to face KU? I know they're underseeded and I just don't like Nova or Miami.

Meh, it's what I did. Wichita St. is basically a #3 seed quality at a #11 seed.
