Chiefs draft notes from Terez/Robinson podcast
Just listened to Terez and Robinson on the Yahoo Sports podcast.

- Robinson heard from 2 different sources that the Chiefs have been kicking the tires on a lot of potential 1st round round WR’s. Specifically mentioned Reagor and Shenault.

- Terez said the Chiefs will go IOL early (first 2 days) and watch out for Cesar Ruiz after a trade down.

- Terez likes Dobbins and has heard the Chiefs are interested as well, but they also really like DeAndre Washington.

- The bottom line is the Chiefs are going to “pump up the asset of Mahomes” early.

Like most of you, Ive been running plenty of mock drafts, and go from staying put with our selections and trading away our first round. I really like to trade the first round for a high second plus late 3 or mid 4. Ive selected Ruiz multiple times with my first pick of the draft in the second round. Ive even ended my drafting in the 5th by selectin Shane Lemieux G. from Oregon(has some nasty to him). I want to protect our QB! Cant wait until the draft acutally starts! Only thing keeping me sane with all the pandemic garbage.

It will be over Saturday. Then you don't have to be sane anymore. I'm guessing some here won't make it to Saturday. Lol!

Herbert is a worse prospect than Josh Allen and Drew Lock.

He was pretty low on Russell Wilson.

I remember him saying that the track record just isn’t there for guys under 6’ succeeding at QB in the league.

He was right to an extent with that, but he let it cloud his judgment on Wilson too much.
