I like Robinson best, reminds me of the Sammy Watkins signing right after the last AFCCG loss. Bring in a true X to help Tyreek and Kelce. Chark is second choice, but either way it cannot be someone who isn’t a big name here.

If his injury history holds, he'll remind you of Sammy Watkins in a lot of ways.

JuJu should have come here last season when we were chasing him, but now he can go pound sand in Pittsburgh for the rest of his playing days. That whole situation had a very Emmanuel Sanders feel to it when that prick signed with Denver after using us to drive his price up with the Donks.

There’s going to be a talented WR that falls around our area in the draft. I’d use our comp 3rd to move up for 1 if someone like Olave was there.

Build DL in FA, draft a WR in rd 1 to start out behind Tyreek and Mecole and then draft DE and DN with your 2nd and 3rd

WR take a year or two to work in this system. Need a body now. I wouldn’t mind pulling a trade of our first for a DE, like we did with Frank Clark, maybe we get an extra 3rd back. Our first plus player for DE. That way we get someone “with our first rounder” that contributes immediately. Maybe the kid from Jax?

Anyway: need to sign a WR, IMO.

Not sure where this narrative about WR’s taking a year to learn comes from TBH.

DeSean Jackson had 912 yards as a rookie in this system. Jeremy Maclin had 4 TD’s and 750+ yards as a rookie and Tyreek Hill, even as more of a gadget, had 6 TD’s and just under 600 yards. Hell Mecole Hardman had 6 TD’s and nearly 600 yards as a rookie.

Developmental players like Demarcus Robinson and Cornell Powell take time. An 1st rd WR should be able to step right in and start off as the #3 WR that takes Hardman’s reps when he’s resting.

This team needs a youth injection at WR badly.

It is historically common knowledge. There are exceptions to every norm. That does not change that there is a norm for everyone else.

Going in fourth year he is confident and you can't count out his speed or play making abilities. Maybe he will still be a gadget guy but he seemed hungry during the AFCCG to get the ball.

I know we have a bunch of haters here so my opinion may not be popular but the kid can play at a higher level and same with CEH. Let the doubters doubt. I think they will be much apart of big plays 2022 season.

All the more reason to get a guy. Imagine Hill, a guy (Chark, Robinson, JuJu, ETC), Kelce, and then Hardman on a slot corner or a LB? We could have a dude from the stands at RB at that point. With our O-line, "only" 30 points per game would feel disappointing.

I just showed you that with Andy’s system historical it is not common knowledge.

Again this isn’t Chris Conley, Demarcus Robinson or Cornell Powell. I’m taking a first rd WR who can step in day 1

Well where we will be drafting they will barely be a 1st rounder and might not even be that quality as the quality of the players in each draft at various positions varies. Either way when you are taking the 4th or 5th best WR prospect into Andy's offense which is even harder than most other offenses it will be a challenge.

I think Cooper would be great in this offense but I doubt the money would work...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

I'm happy there seems to be quite a few options for us at WR this offseason. I'll be happy with just about any upgrade at this point. But man, what a bummer the Josh Gordon signing turned out to be. Hell, at least McCoy and Bell made a FEW plays. Gordon did jack squat. If he was even close to the receiver he was a few years ago, we're possibly Super Bowl champions right now. I hate to be that dramatic about it, but if you look at how close we were, it very well could be true.
