I loved the call last week. I just expected him to go for it this game considering Gunther's defense couldn't stop Drew Brees' fart from gaining yards, much less his passes.

Having Damon Huard look like a legit QB, despite his limitations. After Shea was gone, Huard had sucked ass.

He has led the Chiefs to near victories thus far, which is saying alot more than Brokie Croyle has.

Also, I should point out that those near victories were taken away by the poor play on defense.

Being better than Brodie Croyle would be like telling me some ugly chick is hot because she's not the worst looking chick you ever saw.

How much of this can be contributed to the poor coaching staff? Everybody (at least a majority of it) believes that it's the coaching staff.

This team could win with Thigpen under center if they had a defense worth shit.

They absolutely have to draft a stud DE next year.

Isn't it also concerning than the Chiefs have to use all these college gimmick type of sets to move the ball at all?

When the other teams see it for a half the Chiefs can't do anything....it's a serious problem when all of this stuff is on film the Chiefs may have a serious issue moving the ball at all.

Man, when you gonna get it? It's not Thigpen's fault that his receivers dropped 4 or 5 passes today. Those drops made a difference in this game. The Bradley drop on a 3rd and 2 was huge.

Put it any way you want it, Thigpen was our offense today.

It has to do with most of the successful stuff in the offense being a gimmick, it stops working when it's been seen for awhile.

Very true we need a defense and a DC 6 sacks this season is rediculious.

I'll take Thigpen next year, draft defense get a RG and C for Oline.
