You mention one of the two seasons over that stretch in which he was hurt (the other was 2015) in which we didn't end up winning the SB, and somehow you think you've provided a legitimate counter argument? With a healthy Edelman, we've won 2 SBs in 4 years, and our offense was an absolute machine. Our offense sputtered many times throughout 2015 and 2017, and even in SB LII. How many short drives did we have in the 1st half against Philly that gave them the ball back immediately, and put us behind by a huge amount? Edelman completely changes the way in which we can control a game and the efficiency of our offense.

Gordon doesn't need to be 2013 Gordon. He's simply a cog here. His presence alone demands enough attention from the offense so that Gronk can't be doubled, or even tripled, on every play. He's more than capable of beating a defense over the top.

Then you've also got the emergence of Sony Michel, who has looked superb over the last few weeks. Imagine what he will do to your defense, which has allowed nearly 6 yards per carry.

Someone needs to tell me where all the talent on that defense is...it's a bunch of old dudes mixed with some never will be's.

7 of their 9 draft picks from this year are on IR, not that it matters much since most of their draft picks suck anyway.
