Alternate Reality Game 3: Starting From Scratch

General Concept: Take over a roster of NFL players and build/trade it through the draft, trades, and free agency.

Number of Players: Up to 32, maybe up to 40.

Without going through the last big discussion, I think we need to keep the 12 hours even if someone's not around or is behind. Everybody in it now is pretty good about checking in, with the occasional glitch.

One thing that I will propose is that if someone is behind more than one pick and only makes one pick or if someone accidentally picks a player who's already been drafted (even if they're not behind), the clock will reset with the next owner on the clock. So be sure your guy's not claimed when you make your pick, or risk a horde of other owners running up and making their next pick before you can correct your error.
