Dude, Jose Berrios is a stud.

Look at the numbers in 4 of the last 5 years he’s 140 + innings and will win you 12-14 games with an average era of 3-4. That’s rock solid.

Yeah I wasn’t pleased that they had to give up Austin Martin but you know you have to give up something to get something. Right?

Jay’s needed pitching and I like the fact that he is 27 still young.

The only thing that worries me is he is eligible for arbitration and can become an unrestricted free agent by the end of the 2022 season. So hopefully they could work out a contract with him and lock him up to a long term deal.

I’m all for taking the risk to get that reward. I’m down bro. I think it’s worth a shot! Pitching is numero uno and wins. It has more value than a prospect if it pans out it’s worth more than the prospect if it pans out.
