I've been on a 22gz kick lately. Coach da Ghost. Really been into the Brooklyn drill scene lately. More Cho than Woo.

Problem is, that may be a dead scene now that the feds came and swooped a lot of them up about a month or so ago.

Unfortunately part of what makes their music great is that they are doing the things they talk about in their music. Almost every song by every one of these Brooklyn Drill Rappers is a gang-related diss track based on real events and real people. Which is fairly uncommon in rap, and we haven't really seen that since the 2pac/Biggie days.

Which means they're also getting shot up and locked up.

Also, if you've heard of Pop Smoke, understand that the Brooklyn Drill Scene is what created Pop Smoke. He's not even the best one, just the one who got the most famous.

Pop Smoke = Woo.

Cho = GD's, the guys who shot Pop Smoke. I prefer their music. And they're the originators of that music scene too.

Straight up drive-by music. **** i love this shit, get me so pumped LOL

Ahh bro. That's just the start. That one is tame compared to some of these other songs.

Check out Suburban part 2 from 22gz.

And then understand that 22gz already beat a murder case on some real life GTA shit. Ramming into cop cars, evading the cops. Cops shot his driver in the head, he was able to beat the charge because they couldn't confirm if it was the driver or him that killed the guy they were beefing with. His gang got busted transporting 71 guns from GA to NY.

Check this shit out, Hitlist by coachdaghost. Probably the hardest diss track ive ever heard in my life. And that dude means it.

Then realize that Coach is already on his SECOND murder charge, but he ain't getting out this latest one. He ran up on some dude in Brooklyn who was throwing up GDK and shot him in the face, point blank.

That whole rap scene is just....ooooof, ****ing brutal.

What would you rather he did? Maybe just isn't a fan and doesn't dance.

Tech is a good dude and KC supporter and Chiefs and Royals fan. He shows up often on one of KC news stations and supports KC area. That said I don't care for Rap and certainly have nothing against him he is a good dude. So why do you care so much what a bald goatee guy does? By the way that's a van dike.

Bob his head maybe? Look even the slightest bit interested? It's a music scene. Put someone up there that actually likes music and can bob to a beat. Don't just stand there with your hands in your pockets like some lame while Techmotherufcking9 is on stage a few feet away from you.

I don't. It's just an ez layup CP joke. Surely you understand the humor around here regarding bald, goatee'd white guys.

Well probably wasn't slightly interested and just happen to go to a Chiefs playoff game, not a rap concert.

I'm sure the Chiefs shouldn't have put that guy in that position to begin with. Regardless, he could've served himself better than just looking like a stick in the mud in front of a sell out Arrowhead.
