Like 9 out ever 10 mock draft has Marcus going at 18 or 19, right before us.
This is the very first mock, btw, that I've seen Orien Harris in the 1st round at all.

I haven't even seen OH listed in the top 10 for DT's.

This would be a horrible pick IMO.

Strengths:
Athletic with good quickness...Strong player who holds his ground at the point and gets a push...Solid run stuffer in the middle...Has a wide base...Plays with good leverage...Has a good closing burst and is a solid tackler...Experienced and has been fairly productive...Good character and team leader with excellent intangibles...Still has some potential...Has strong bloodlines.

Weaknesses:
Has only average size...Is not very fast...Has short arms and does not use his hands well...Struggles to shed blocks...Lacks great range...Needs to develop additional pass rush moves...Has had injuries to his knee, elbow and shoulder which raises some minor durability questions...Needs to be more consistent.

Notes:
Brother of San Francisco 49'er and former first-round pick Kwame Harris...Interesting prospect who is probably a little overrated due to his name and the school he played for...Still has some upside and could develop but is not nearly the prospect it looked like he could be early in his career.
