He was on a team so he's already in the protocol. According to the reports last weekend when the Colts signed somebody off of another team's practice squad, they didn't have to wait 5 days.

That's because he was on the practice squad. Ingram was released. Just like bell was. Bell had to quarantine.

Yeah, but he can be signed and play in Super Bowl, someone posted previously that Ingram couldn’t be signed at all.
