I've seen kids that can do that stuff before. Problem is they get so exploited when they're young that their voices go out before they've hit their prime. Parents assume, "they sound great when they're this young... we need to train them, get them performing as much as possible to develop a great singing career down the line." And of course, people who make money off of these kids are thinking the same thing... only it involves money.

A child's voice is doing a lot of things growing up and the last thing it usually needs is a singing career like this.

I hope the girl can be placed with the right teacher... somebody who will train her wisely and patiently and will allow nature (not the recording industry) to develop her into a great talent. I don't know if that will happen. Already from that performance I heard her get really chesty and throaty... that will kill a voice if done too much. Her high range is just so excellent, but again, her tone is bright and forced.

Oh please, my ****ing dog howls better than this shit! My kid had collick really bad as a baby and it sounded awesome compared to this little twerp...besides, there are 1200 street urchins right here in SoCal who would absolutely destroy and embarrass this little tramp off the stage!!!

Heh. I got nothin'. I think she's pretty amazing. But I don't know anything about this stuff...soooo...

I do think her voice might change here in the next year or two, and that might be all she wrote.
