Is it time to replace Arrowhead with a dome?

The cold, crappy Dec/Jan. KC weather doesn't appear to provide any real home field advantage anymore.

At least the fans wouldn't be so miserable in a nice climate controlled facility. No more thousands of no shows or leaving at halftime on bad weather days.

Y'all are probably past due for a whole new stadium. Until then, ...

You should move to Florida.

No thanks. I just rather not be outdoors when the weather is shitty. And judging by the empty seats in the stadiums there are a lot of other people who feel the same. It shouldn't be like that for a Mahomes led Superbowl contending team.

Was that your first time at Arrowhead? Maybe you should dress for the weather next time.

Real cold was when the Chiefs lost to the Colts in the Playoffs. Your hot chocolate was frozen by the time you made it back to your seat.

Yesterday would not have even registered on my top 10 coldest games.

If they build the retractable roof, what would the team do when it got to be 95 degrees and humid (which you do see sometimes in KC in September)

Leave the roof open? Well, that hot sun and humidity ain't good for the fans! They could get dehydrated and even die! That's no good! Better protect them!

Oh, wait. Nobody ever says shit about that. In those moments, it's wonderful that we have an open air stadium.

But you get a little snow and 30 degrees outside? THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN END!!!!

People need to grow a ****ing pair about cold weather.

You weren't dressed properly.

It wasn't bad at all.

I was plenty warm, and it was VERY loud.

I was dressed for the weather lol. It's still cold .

Like I said, there were empty seats for a Mahomes game with bye week implications. That shouldn't ever happen. But because of the weather it does.

And I already said it wasn't as cold as other games. I remember the colts game I went to a few years ago where it was snowing and that sucked harder. I don't get why the fact that it wasn't as cold as other cold games means anything...

This post confirms what an idiot you really are. Thanks because I thought you were just a troll now i know that you really are a ****ing idiot.

Were you wearing shorts and belly shirt like a drunk teenage girl? There is no excuse for a grown ass man to have cold feet yesterday or the Broncos game. With minimal brain power anyone can figure out how to utilize hand and toe warmers to avoid having cold extremities. You are a total dipshit.

I was at both games and was able to avoid any weather related discomfort because I ****ing used my brain and prepared for it.

Congratulations on not succumbing to the conditions even though everyone on this board would be better off if you would have frozen to death.

MORON.

I mean at least I still went. Others didn't. You think there would be a single empty seat if there was a roof? You think people wouldnt make all the noise in the world if they weren't all trying to conserve heat and if their clapping/seat banging wasn't muffled by gloves?

If I'm given tickets for a game like I did for this one, I'll still go no matter what, but otherwise I and it seems many others would rather sit in our heated homes and watch the games on our big screen TVs.

The internet says it was 40?

Sorry, but that's not shitty weather... if your feet were frozen in what was literally above freezing temps, you weren't dressed properly. And there are plenty of other reasons for people not to show up to that game, like the holidays and it being a seemingly unimportant game (given no one thought the Patriots would lose).

When the games really matter, people show up and people are loud regardless of the weather... see last year's playoffs.

Weather being an equalizer to a high scoring offense is really the only argument that carries any weight... yet, they scored 31 in each of their playoff game last year, and it certainly didn't slow down the Patriots.

You know we've made it when the only struggle for fans are the average conditions.

I was wearing my winter boots. Still cold.

And I don't think the holiday excuse doesn't flies. If it's one thing that families do together around the holidays, it's watch sports.
