Daly came from NE as a defensive run game specialist
Past four years in NE, joined KC in the same role...only 4 teams in 30 years have given up 180+ rushing yards in 4 straight games.

Why would he come here from a team that has been to 3 straight Superbowls...doing the same exact thing? He wasn't fired...

What ever he's doing...he's making history.

Chiefs picked up what we all thought would be a rock-star group of assistant defensive coaches this year...and they have historically sucked.

This is as much a schematic problem as it is a lack of talent. Nobody is ever where they should be...

3 of them were top 5 rushing offenses. No one seems to be factoring that in. Plus injuries.

It’s not a good run defense, but historically bad is probably a stretch. I think things will level out somewhat.

Spags was the guy who originally hired Daly. And Daly got a promotion to come here. I'm starting to also question if he's a product of bellichick. But there's no conspiracy here if that's what you're implying.

Well...you would think at least one one would be bright enough to implement mentoring with a "genius".

OR he could be a documented multi-offender for cheating that doesn't share his methods....like a network of moles and bugging locker-rooms...jamming headsets and a highly orchestrated system of stealing signals.
