North KC internet ISP question
My aunt is shopping for internet service and she has two choices in her price range:
Time Warner Cable $34/ 10mbps AT&T naked DSL $25/ 1.5mbps I'm sure by the time AT&T tacks on all the usual junk fees the cost will be about the same. Logic tells me that TWC cable is the way to go, but I am not familiar with their service quality or customer service. Any input would be much appreciated. Keep in mind my aunt is over 60 DT |

Does she work @ Cadella's?
If not, go with the faster service. |

I have TWC... haven't had many issues, and they've been pretty responsive when I've reported a problem. AT&T reps knocked on my door a while back... ended up going online and their deals are pretty frontloaded and deceiving (more than usual for the industry). It all seemed to wash out after 6 months or so.
As far as customer service though, I always use online chat and can easily exhaust the first several things they ask everyone to do, so I can't speak to call volumes and cusfomer service over the phone.
