NFL is Rigged: Week 18 edition

The CP consensus is that the NFL is rigged. Welp, as such, I think it’d be great to discuss this week’s script.

The NFL is rigged, so this should be easy. As easy as predicting a WWE In-Ring interview being rudely interrupted by a rival with a steel chair.

Call your shot, what kind of week 18 shenanigans is the NFL up to?

Las Vegas vs L.A: Which new stadium does the NFL prefer? TWO teams in L.A make the playoffs?

Will the NFL write in a tie game sending BOTH to the playoffs?

Will they sneak the Steelers in for one last hoorah for Ruthlessraper?

Or will they write in Lamar Jackson because he generates ratings?

Will they give the most prestigious player (Mahomes) the #1 seed, or do they want to see the Chiefs in the WC round for extra ratings?

Oh now the fumbles and bounces are rigged.

Maybe the footballs are actually drones. That's why they don't have white stripes like college footballs. They're stealthier. And it explains why Mahomes has thrown so many balls short this year... the drone ball takes a dive. Also how he can play so well in bad weather and throw so far... his throws hang in the air long enough, only if the NFL wants them to.

Damn, this is sounding more and more like a psychotic break. Grand conspiracies, delusions... "not telling you" is classic paranoia. The NFL has hacked his computer and he can't tell us too much.

Now I'm sad, wouldn't wish that kind of mental break on anyone, and to go undiagnosed for so long.

So, you're saying that Chargers player purposely lost the ball when trying to grab that fumble?

BlackOp.... If rigged/scripted explain how gambling works with the NFL.

Is allowed in WWE because only a couple of people know the outcome.

What you are proposing with all your arguments would mean hundreds/thousands would have to be in on it.

Have any "steered/influenced" deniers explained why the league offers no evidence that there's a process where officials are judged, reviewed, held accountable for the quality of their work (for made calls and unmade calls), and if there is a process why it's kept a secret?

EDIT: In b4 - Because it's a hard job and it's not a good idea to let people know these part-time employees are being questioned.

I've always said the Chiefs need bigger magnets in their helmets. Especially the #2, 3 and 4 WR's. They are not on the same page as Mahomes and if they had bigger magnets, they would run better routes and the ball would magically find them. No more overthrows.

Sports Illustrated did an article about the process a number of years ago.

I think they were actually doing a story on a specific referee, and he was walking them through the process of how they get games assigned to them and how they are reviewed after each performance.

My guess is if you were to look for the process you wouldn't have to dig too deep.

I'm not telling...kiss my ass.

It must be quite confusing how I'm "full of shit"...yet have been correct.

I prefer to leave it that way...

And to the MOD that ran the betting thread...I would have destroyed everyone had I continued. I've been keeping track...just for sport. I'm a competitive dick like that...

I would have lost on the Rams this week...it would have been the first in a while...maybe since the Bears/Steelers "Ass Bump" game. I failed to recognize that the loss would put Brady in the 2 seed vs. a 7th seed...I dont touch games concerning/connected to him.

So I'll leave with that tidbit of advice...never bet on anything concerning him.
We are talking about 2 completely different things. You are talking about rigging games, etc. I specifically want to know about Tom Brady's wife being a witch.

I'm happy to report that nobody has changed anybody else's mind with the use of facts.

Drone balls would stick to their helmets instead of bouncing off.

Uh, there are no facts in this thread.

Except that Tom Brady's wife is a witch. That is very, very real.

So Clyde would have had a TD in the Super Bowl last year then.
