Thank you Nike Swoosh

This is a weird thank you , but I feel like it’s overdue from All of Us Who Wear Shoes .

Thank you Nike Swoosh for everything you did for the apparel industry in the forty plus years you have existed. What you taught adidas, reebok, and under armor bout branding is evident. No longer did we see unmemorable logos and I know this was because of you. You got a bumb rap in Oregon and probably thought it was gonna be the same. However the other logos were respectful and wanted to learn. You checked your ego and taught them bout the apparel industry and how to succeed in it. You knew they might take your job but you along with the Jordan Jumpman logo continued to teach them all. As you sat there in the dirty laundry hamper you saw the writing on the wall. Although you were gonna be soon gone from peiples closets you had to be proud of what you had accomplished and how your pupils were doing.

So Nike Swoosh I on behalf of other shoe/sock/shirt/shorts fans want to say although you frustrated us many times through the years we want to say thank you.

Good Luck you will always be remembered fondly for everything you’ve done.

Thank you Nike for buying out Converse and keeping them around.

Here's a special thank you to all your little sweatshop fingers that work diligently to bring me comfortable running shoes.

Without your over worked and underpaid asian mama-sans i might experience the pains of first world problems, like blisters on my toes.

Only dopey liberals who think buying stuff can be considered activism think Nike is actually motivated by anything other than profits.

Not really... If you ever took a business management class in your life it'd be common knowledge that being involved in social situations as a company or have corporate social responsibilities isn't best for the companies who are solely profit-oriented.
