Any of you guys ever have them? I got one for the first time in my life and that was by far the most painful experience of my life. It ended up landing me in the hospital in Baltimore. I need to figure out what caused that and not do it anymore.

Yeah I try to get in 80 oz a day and do most days. It's hurts just to think about. I don't wish that on anyone. I can't believe that was 5 years ago. Oh, and this was the Mickey Mouse hospital.

Not drinking enough water and being dehydrated cause multiple issues:

1. Kidney stones
2. Gout attacks
3. Heat stroke
4. Low blood sugar and diabetes complications
5. Low electrolytes and heart palpitations

So many issues from low water / liquid levels
