Watching the game on Prime
How does this work? If you get home at 9:00 pm can you watch from the start? Can you dvr the game? Only live streaming?

You have to login from a computer or phone using the code then the tv will access your account automatically.

You have to use a separate device like a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Navigate to the address PrimeVideo.com/mytv on that separate device. Enter the code. Then your smart TV will magically log in.

Most people prefer not to type passwords using their remote control. Once you're logged in, you won't need anything else.

Yes, the majority of set top boxes support 4K. The issue is that I don't think the game is recorded in 4K. It's not mentioned on Amazon's preview page for the game. And that would be something to brag about if they were doing it. I guess we'll see in a few hours.

Both my TVs are old, non-smart TVs. I'm surprised they've lasted as long as they have, but both still work fine and I see no reason to replace them. Obviously behind the times, but I'm old and don't give a ****. I have the TV in the den hooked up to computer, so all I have to do is switch the output and I'll be able to put the game on it. Works for me.

I realize at some point I'll need to get smart TVs because regular TV is clearly going the way of the 8-track, but not today.

If the TV has an HDMI input you can just get a Roku, AppleTV or GoogleTV.
