He played in 2 playoff games before waiting for a little over a month after our last game before having knee surgery. He started the next season on IR locking his full salary in for the season. If Berry waits he will force full salary payment or an injury settlement. After the way his last contract negotiations went, Berry isn't letting the Chiefs off the hook for a single penny. The Chiefs might as well just keep him for another season and hope he can play some. Foot injuries are so difficult for football players. |
